Swimming: Technique Video Analysis - Workshop Meet-up

Very soon we will open new season of swimming at I LOVE SWIMMING. To get acquainted with us and learn how do we work on swimming technique come to our workshop! During the workshop our coach, Dmitriy Firsov, will assess your level of swimming and work on your technique by analysing the video. He will be recording your swimming and then showing you the mistakes (if any), how to avoid them and practice some exercises with you that will help to progress in swimming! You will also learn the basic and most effective elements of the front crawl and apply the acquired knowledge in practice. Participation is open to everyone with any level of training!
