Breakdance workout not only for dancers!
I do breaking (break dance) for almost 10 years. As a girl I need to be strong to keep good level so thats why I started going to gym and do workouts. It helps me a lot. Now I prepered something for those who are not dancer but can get something from my dance to make workout more creative. Have fun!
